Repair, Return and Exchange policy
Repair Sizes Policy:
The buyer hast o be responsible to the sizes and measurement that was provided to Siam Fashion Worldwide.
1. For the Standard Sizes dresses, actually we do not have repair or fix the dresses policy. However, we can provide repair sizes in minor issues if the buyer send the dresses to us with notice to us in advance. The minor services are such as extension at the seam not more than 1.5 inches and etc depend on our consideration. We will not be responsible to any shipping costs for sending back and re-deliver the repaired dresses.
2. For the custom tailor service. Before request to repair the dress size, please send full information to us of your fitting problems. This is a must to send the photos of the dresses on wearing. We also need your measurement proofs to show that you have provided the correct measurement to us. We will not be responsible to any shipping costs for sending back and re-deliver the repaired dresses.
The buyer has to be responsible to the sizes and items that the buyer had choosed. Please see the Return and Exchange Policy before commit to buy our dresses and products.
To buy dresses and products from www.siam-fashion.com, buyer has to follow our Return and Exchange Policy as below:
1. We only can accept return for the dresses of obvious quality problem which exclude size and color problem and wrong shipping times.
2. Your return requests must be received within 24hours by email to us after receiving the parcel of your order. The buyer can return or refund only if the request is accepted by us, seller, which will confirm by email, otherwise we will not accept the return.
3. Color Aberration is existed due to the color effect by different PC monitors or weather condition. This problem can not be treated as quality problem under any condition.
4. For custom made size dresses as individual outfit tailor service, we cannot offer any return, refund and exchange the products. Please ensure you provide the valid sizes measurement to us to keep you fit. We can fix and repair the dresses for buyer if buyer pays for all shipping freights. However, we need you send the photos or any informatio to explain how failures of your fitting issues.
5. For standard size dresses, if there are any size errors on dresses, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the floor and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. You need to send the photographs to email address : email@example.com as evidence of sizes failurs. We will respond to your email to settle the dispute within 48 hours.
6. We don’t take any responsibility on the delivery delay due to your late confirmation on specification. Usually we will send you email the specificication sheet for final order confirmation by email after receipt your full payment. If your order do not be confirmed within 3 days after sending specification sheets, we will make your order without any return, refund and/or exchange the dresses or products.
7. We cannot offer any refund for dresses of late remittance for your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.
8. We make dresses strictly according to the specs confirmation sheets that you confirm by email. If we agree to use the available fabrics in our stock base on themes of the dress styles and fabrics in the websites, this cannot be claimed or asked for return, refund or exchange. If we cannot make the dresses exact same as the photos on website, we will always notify to you before order confirmation.
All requests for return or exchange with below reasons are note accepted :
- not like the picture I ordered
- dissatisfy about the quality of fabrics and dresses looks
- not like the fabric I like
- not quality of fabrics I expected or not good quality etc, are not accepted.
9. We do not accept the request for the return or refund of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the changE of style from the original product design. Any changed items from original design can not be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
10. After acceptance the return by us, you can return the products to us with provided adress. All the returned items must be in original package and condition, damage, dirty, smokes and so on, are unacceptable, and we will not offer refund. We can agree to refund after we receive the returned products only. After we agree to refund to you, you also need to pay 40% of the total amount for restock fee (for example, if you order item value is USD 150, the restock fee is USD 105), shipping cost you paid before cannot be refunded.
11. We cannot accept any return or refund or exchange for delivery errors caused by courier companies or postal service such as late delivery, packing damaged, wrinkle dress and so on. Please check package before signing to protect your own rights. - Wrong shipping information ( receiver’s full name, address with post code and contact phone number) will occur wrong shipping or delay shipping or destroy package, we can not accept return and exchange for wrong shipping information provided by customers.
1. Please contact the email address : firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after receipt the parcel of your order to get a permission code if you want to exchange. We do not accept the exchange under the above conditions of Return policy
2. The below products cannot be exchanged :
- the custom make dresses for individual outfit
- the dresses with changing styles and/or fabrics from the picture on the websites which request these change by customer.
- the products with making to orders such as gift and crafts.
3. Goods need to ship back item to the designated returning address on customers behalf after getting permission code, we will check the defects and revise for you. Re-ship to your address cost will also be charged by customers.
4. The freight charge for sending back the products will be responsible by buyer. Please use normal Postal services to ship back items to us. Please do not use courier service such as TNT or DHL or UPS, Thailand Custom may ask for taxes, and sorry we do not take any responsibility for taxes. The returning parcel which do not reach us, this do not be able to exchange.
